This notice explains the cookies and similar technologies the FLOW workspace at https://flowoftheday.com uses. In short: only what the site needs to work and to keep you signed in and secure. There are no advertising, tracking or analytics cookies.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, keep small pieces of information on your device in the same way.
Cookies we use
All of them are strictly necessary for the site to work:
- flow-session — keeps you signed in while you use the site. It ends when you sign out, or 120 minutes after your last action. Owner and administrator sign-ins also end 12 hours after signing in. Owner and administrator sign-ins end after 30 minutes without use. Checks a page makes on its own do not count as use.
- XSRF-TOKEN — protects forms so another website cannot send them in your name. It ends with your session.
- flow_browser — remembers, as a coded mark with no name or email in it, which accounts have signed in on this browser, so we can email you when your account is signed in to from a browser it has not used before. It lasts up to 400 days.
- remember_web_… (remember_portal_… on the supplier and vendor portal) — only if you tick "Remember me": keeps you signed in on that device until you sign out, for at most 30 days. Owner and administrator accounts are never kept signed in this way.
- __cf_bm, cf_clearance and _cfuvid — set by the site's network security service only when it needs them to tell real visitors from automated attacks, for example after a security check. They are not used to follow you, and they end within 30 minutes or when you close your browser.
Other information kept in your browser
- Drafts of counts, waste entries and checklists you have not sent yet, so a lost connection does not lose your work. They belong to you and are deleted when you sign out.
- Which menu sections you opened or closed, and that you have seen the cookie message.
- If you turn on alerts on this device, the subscription your browser creates for them.
- When you last used the site, so all its open tabs know you are still there and do not warn you that you will be signed out.
This information stays on your device and is not used to follow you.
What we do not use
No advertising or social media cookies, no analytics or tracking, and no cookies other companies use for their own purposes. The site's fonts and scripts are served by this site itself. If you choose to sign in with Google, you go to Google's own site, where Google's cookies and policies apply.
Your choices
Because these cookies are needed for the site to work, they are always on. You can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings, but then you cannot sign in. Clearing your browser's data for this site removes the information kept in local storage. We honor Global Privacy Control signals, but as we do not sell or share personal information or track you, they have nothing further to switch off.
Changes to this notice
When this notice changes, the new version is posted on this page with a new date.
